PRESSING PLANT

PRESSED PARTS FOR MANY INDUSTRIES

SYSTEM SOLUTIONS FOR YOUR SUCCESS

We can clamp both individual and isolated transfer-set tools to our two robotically mechanised pressing lines, each of which have six hydraulic presses.

EMERGENCY RELOCATIONS

We support you during emergencies and deliver parts to your production lines in next to no time. You can enjoy minimum relocation times before the first parts are delivered thanks to a fast ramp-up time in the pressing plant and our flexibility and expertise in toolmaking when it comes to adapting your tools to our manufacturing equipment.

Before your tools are relocated, they are of course returned to their as-delivered condition.

TEMPORARY RELOCATIONS

For planned relocations, we discuss the details with you and specify an exact deadline for delivery of the first parts from our press lines. This means that with a little notice you can cut costs and have your series delivered on time.

SERIES PRODUCTION AND PURCHASED PARTS

We are also known for our high-quality production of pressed steel and aluminium parts, even at very high series quantities.

For projects with purchased parts, our customers benefit from seamless cooperation between our pressing plant and the in-house toolmaking department.

RAMP-UP SUPPORT

After conducting a technical feasibility study of your production and/or the tools in your facility, we are happy to take on your initial production on our press lines.

We support you along the way with our technical expertise, which covers the entire process chain.

TOOL AND PROCESS OPTIMISATIONS

You’re looking for a partner to optimise your tools and subsequent part production! We support you with specialists from our toolmaking department and pressing plant and analyse the entire process chain, from forming simulation and tool design to part production and quality.
